Overview
Tinsel is a sweet-natured, affectionate Labrador cross who's ready to find a forever home where he'll be treated as part of the family. He's not looking for anything fancy, just a household where he'll be included in daily life, given plenty of affection, and made to feel like he truly belongs. Tinsel must be rehomed with another friendly dog, as he thrives on canine companionship and enjoys having a buddy to play and relax with. Tinsel is house trained, loves his cuddles, and has a soft spot for plush toys. He's the kind of dog who'll happily lie nearby while you're working or watching TV, just content to be part of the action. Walks are one of his favourite things in the world, and his absolute top hobby is sniffing, everything and anything. He likes to take his time on walks, nose to the ground and tail wagging, happily exploring at his own pace. These daily outings are a must for him, helping to keep him mentally and physically stimulated. Like most Labradors, Tinsel loves his food and eats with great enthusiasm-think more inhaling than chewing! His new family will need to manage his portions carefully to make sure he stays healthy and doesn't overeat. He doesn't need an experienced owner, just someone with common sense and a commitment to keeping him happy, healthy, and included. Tinsel would do best in a home with a secure backyard where he can potter around, stretch his legs, and enjoy a bit of outdoor time whenever he likes. He's adaptable and would thrive in a family environment-possibly with older children who can play and engage with him gently and respectfully. Although he hasn't lived with cats before, a slow and careful introduction is recommended, he's a gentle soul at heart and tends to take things in his stride. Tinsel is an affectionate, easy-going boy with a lot of love to give. All he wants is a family who will welcome him in, make him part of their everyday life, and provide the companionship, playtime, and care he deserves. In return, he'll offer loyalty, affection, and endless joy. Note: This dog is currently being cared for in a home and when adopted, it will free up a spot to help another dog.
