Look at that smile! Dexter is an adorable, easy going young doggo - sweet, gentle and well-mannered. He loves being around people and has been friendly with all dogs he has met so far. He has been very gentle and friendly with his feline foster sisters. As well as his good looks and soulful puppy eyes, he's still a playful 1 year old that has the occasional burst of zoomies. Dexter loves playing fetch and carrying his toys and teddies around. He has a tail wag that rocks his whole body when he sees his favorite humans which makes everyone smile. His favorite hobbies are walks with lots of sniffs along the way (he leads well), bouncing around the back yard with toys and snack time! Food motivated, so he could learn more than his current skills of sitting, shaking paws and lying down on command. Dexter would be best suited to a home that allows him inside to be part of his new family. He is a beautiful natured, laid back boy who is happy to lay at your feet while you work, follow you around or lay his head in your lap while watching tv. A calm home with another friendly dog and/or cats would be amazing for his confidence and to watch him thrive. Dexter would be a perfect addition to any family!
