Alice is a lovely middle-aged Kelpie mix with a sweet nature and an independent streak. She is friendly and easy to handle, walks nicely on lead, and enjoys spending her time exploring the world through her nose. While she enjoys human company, Alice is not overly demanding of attention and is quite happy investigating her surroundings and taking in the environment around her. She is food motivated, enjoys learning, and would love a home that can provide regular walks, enrichment, and opportunities to explore. Alice can be a little unsure around unfamiliar dogs and would benefit from owners who can support her with gradual introductions and positive experiences. She is happiest when given the space to take things at her own pace and may prefer a quieter lifestyle over busy dog parks or highly social dog environments.
